Sore nipples pain 😫😭

My baby Girl is 1 month and almost 2 weeks old she is breastfeed everytime every day first 2 weeks it was painful which is normal but it went away.. but it's been a week and got back to being painful I'm even afraid to breastfeed because it hurts sooo bad. 😦😧 what is happening why was it fine then it's back to being so pain full 😭😭 I know I'm doing it right I breastfeed my now 4yo for 2 years 😧 any one having the same problem? Should I pump instead at least until my nipples are better? I love breastfeeding but it's so pain ful I don't even carry a bottle 😭 .any one have the same problem? What have you done to make it better?
