Back of neck bump/back of neck tattoo?

Hey all! I'm looking to get a tattoo this summer with a pal of mine and I think I want to get it done on the back of my neck. However I have a curve at the base of my neck/top of my back that I'm insecure about! Anyways, I'm wondering if you all would advise against getting a tattoo in that area because of the bump? I'll attach photos for reference... hopefully everyone is kind 😬 Ignore my messy hair and bathroom lol.

I think it will look great! And I think getting it on a place you're insecure about might make you feel better about it. I know a friend who recently got a tattoo over her self harm scars and it seems like a great way to add some positivity to your life. Hope this helps :)

I have a bump like that and just got a tattoo cover up on the back of my neck this month, if you want a tattoo there do it it doesn’t hurt as much as you think it would it mostly felt funny because the vibration on your neck.
