Implantation pain!? Help!! TMI!

Sierra • Young couple ttcing since September 2015! Suffer from pcos and a retroverted uterus. Have also had 3 early miscarriages. I am lucky enough to say I am finally pregnant with baby #1! 💖
So last night I had a spot the size of a quarter maybe less. It was dark drown. I will insert the picture. After I noticed I was getting the shower and had the worst cramping I have ever felt in my life. It doubled me over for sure. Today no bleeding, or cramps. It's like it never happened. Has this happened to anyone? Hoping for implantation but trying to get too hopeful.
