cramps??

So I'm 22 weeks and starting yesterday I've been having cramps on my lower left side... it's tender to the touch and hurt even worse when I pee. Baby is moving a lot so I'm not sure what to do? Should I ride it out and see if it gets worse or doesn't go away? Call my doctor or am I just being silly haha. And TMI I've been regular the last few days so I don't think it's constipation haha.
