Pooping in Labor 😯💩

So I know it's totally normal to poop when delivering your baby, and I accepted that, but I just realized a new challenge with it: I plan to deliver squatting or with a birth bar. If I am kneeling on the bed hanging on the headboard and I poop, it's going to be in the middle of the bed! I wanted to cuddle my babe immediately but I don't want to have to wait for them to clean up poop, that kind of ruins the moment!

Has anyone had a similar experience? Do they put a towel down to quickly remove it? I've heard some women get enemas, is it worth It? Does that help or does it affect your contractions and such?
