Ovulation delayed due to long haul flight, am I out?

Was supposed to ovulate on 17 May according to glow app but I flew 30 hours in total on that day. (I don't use opks but I track cm and usually accurate). Last BD on 16 May. Had a lot of watery ewcm on 22 May. Am I for sure out this month? Won't be able to see my husband till September 😢 my ovulation delayed for a week the other time I travelled long haul.
