HELP😭

My period is irregular which is why sometimes i dont know when exactly im gonna get it but i can estimate when the thing is that I haven't gotten my period yet and it day 48 in my cycle im so worried because i don't know if I'm pregnant I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came out negative but still no period I've been feeling bloated and sore breast should I talk to my mom about it Im 17 btw im scared that there's something else wrong with me because of my irregular period because i used to have my period every 28 days
