TTC at 37 yrs old, AMH 2.4.

I'm 37 years old and trying for my husband's first and my second child. It has been a rollercoaster ride since we've started trying since 2014. Our dream came true back in September 2016 but miscarried a blighted ovum in December 2016. We started trying again mid March with 2 failed cycles. My 3rd cycle trying, since my miscarriage, started May 17th. AMH 2.4. I'm taking synthroid for borderline hypothyroidism. I'm considered obese for my weight. I have a lot going against my odds of conceiving naturally. My next step will me fertility medication and IUI. Our journey continues.....
