PCOS diagnosed

I got diagnosed with PCOS and they said that I will need fertility pills. I take birth control at times to get my period then the other months my body produces it.. I will like to know in my future will I be able to have kids could I have them natural or do I really need the fertility pill. Please help me ! People with PCOS and is this app helpful for me who has this condition ?
