Anterior placenta

Just wondering at what point you started to really feel your baby move if you had an anterior placenta. I am currently 20+5 with number 1 and haven't felt much more than tickles as he is moving around. I have a Doppler for the house and can hear the heartbeat really well and lots of static, so I know he is pretty active, I just feel like I am behind the curve on feeling actual movement.
