Husband and work😩

My hubby works 6am-6pm 6 days a week. He comes home and goes to sleep because he's so tired. Wakes up for a hour maybe talks to me and goes back to sleep. We don't spend much time together, and we rarely see each other. The only time I really get to be up under him is when he's asleep and I'm just awake..please help!! What do I do?? Btw we are newlyweds just hit a year in April.
