HELP ME PLEASE GIRLS😫

I think I'm going to need birth control and I'm almost 20. I still use my parents health insurance so they'll know everything. The catch is it's like a friends with benefits relationship and I have no idea how to tell my parents this. My dad is super strict about this stuff but I just don't want to have a kid. Help me any advice???
