am I safe?

I've been on bc (pill) since January. And I've always taken them on time every day. I just got off my placebo pills and tonight was my second active pill. My husband and i finally Are getting some alone time tomorrow, but we do not have any condoms nor time to pick some up. Will I be safe? Also I don't do plan B.
