Uterus measuring 20weeks at 14

Hello All,

I had another midwife appointment today at 14 weeks pregnant. I had been thinking I was showing more than most at this time with first pregnancy, but just passed it off as bloating. Also my hcg was 1830 at 4w4d and 134000 at 9 weeks which my research tells me are a little high. Anyway, my midwife felt my uterus, asked my dates, checked my charts and then asked about twins in my family. They are on both sides. She said my uterus is feeling around 20+ weeks (at 14) and that it is already a little over my belly button.

I have had a few twins dreams since being pregnant, and would LOVE to have twins :)

Im pretty excited but dont want to get TOO excited.

She briefly found one heartbeat on doppler, but we want to wait till 20 weeks for an ultrasound. UGH!

Does anybody here have experience or an opinion on any of this?
