Possible TMI, but there's some bleeding

I'm 5 weeks and 4 days with #1 after 9 months of trying. So yeah, we're pretty thrilled. We had sex a few days ago and there was some pink spotting afterwards that quickly went away. Pink, not red or brown, and zero cramping (but even during periods I never cramped all that much). Odds are, everything's fine and it was just a couple of burst surface capillaries. I'm not terribly worried, but it sits in the back of your mind, ya know? I haven't even had my first ob appointment yet. Should I just leave it alone? Do I call the ob? Is a nurse hotline an option?
