THE WORST PAIN EVER!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡

I'm 7 months pregnant with my fourth pregnancy and first boy. I have never endured pain like I have the past two days. My contractions with my last daughter was a walk in the park compared to this pain. Two years ago I was told I have a uterine fibroid, just one on the top outside of my uterus. I am watched closely by my ob plus my high risk dr. With my youngest daughter everything went smoothly thank God. But now everything is just awful 😢. At my last ultrasound at 24 weeks I was told that degeneration of the fibroid normally will happen in a certain time frame around 18-23 weeks if I'm not mistaken is what my high risk dr told me. Well if this isn't degeneration then idk what is going on. On Sunday I was feeling cramps on and off, I thought it was due to me doing laundry and cleaning. On Monday I couldn't take the pain so I called my ob and was seen in the office. She told me I'm okay that it's just the fibroid. Okay so I went home. That night around 7pm I was having tightening and cramps so I called my ob call dr and she told me to go to L&D. There they picked up contractions and gave me the medicine to stop, which didn't work. So they gave indomethacin to take for 48 hrs and sent me home since I only had preterm contractions (contractions that doesn't change your cervix) and not preterm labor (change in your cervix/dilation). So I went home and that night was unbearable. I could not sleep 😣. Next day I was feeling a little better but still cramping and I could walk without the pain getting more intense. So my ob gave me a prescription for Tylenol with codine. Still didn't help me. Came to ER last night with so much pain. Still with contractions but no dilation. I was admitted and was told my fibroid is degenerating. This pain is no joke. I honestly thought something else was wrong with me. I can't get up from the bed nor sit up without irritating my fibroid.
