NEED ADVICE: Becoming a SAHM!!!

I am so extremely excited! My husband and I are moving back home to PA from SC for many reasons, but mainly to be closer to family. He just got a great job! I am a teacher and there are not many positions hiring right now, but last night we weighed the cost options of daycare and everything that goes with being a working mom and with a teacher salary I wouldn't be taking home enough to make it count, so my husband asked if I'd consider being a SAHM! I am over the moon because this was my dream, I just didn't think we could afford it.

Do any if you have any advice for transitioning to SAHM? I'm thinking after the baby and I are more settled I may start doing tutoring and proofreading to bring in some cash and keep up with my career enough that I can go back when my son is older and I feel more comfortable putting him in daycare. Any ways you found were good for your new one income budget? Any advice to not get cabin fever?

Also, we will be living with my in-laws July through December and hopefully get our own house around Christmas, in case that changes anything.
