New Period Cycle after D&C

Hi ladies this is my second cycle since my D&C procedure. I recently received my first cycle last month. I was so happy to finally getting my period, but this time it came with some changes. Although I was extremely happy and surprised that my cycle came right back to normal before I gotten pregnant. However it came with changes. I always had little to mild cramping. I thought my back was hurting because I may have slept wrong.. or maybe because this was my first period in months! Nope! Now this is my second cycle I am starting to realize this is now my New Cycle with cramping in my adominal area and my back! WTF this is very cruel. I just invested into a heating pad which works wonders🙏🏾. I know women who were pregnant and delivered always said once you get pregnant you will never be the same! Now I can unfortunately contest to that 🙅🏾. Has any gone through similar experiences? I love to hear...
