hellppp FTM

so last night after work my legs from the knees down ached badly from swelling up which I thought was odd since, my job requires me to sit for most if not all of the time. &&' they continued and still ache. It is now almost 5 in the morning, woke to the bathroom and noticed my hands and face also have swelled slightly during the course of the night. Should I be worried or is this normal ? (I'm 36+5 weeks)
