iron?

So I'm using vitafusion prenatal gummies, it also has iron supplements in it but I heard I have to buy iron separate cause the one in it isn't enough..... what do you guys think?

Gummies aren't complete. They do not contain iron which you need and are made with questionable ingredients.

Your doctor will check your levels and make sure you're not low on anything. They can prescribe you another iron pill if you do need it. But have them check

My Doctor told me gummies do not contain iron. Just read the bottle, I supplemented and just bought iron. It better than taking the big prenatal vitamin ( iron tablets are small).
