help!! sore breasts 😞

hey y'all, i really need some help. ever since my last period, my boobs have been so tender it hurts SO bad to barely even touch them. actually, they hurt without even being touched! so much it's bringing me to tears. i start my next period in a week and they usually just hurt the day before and during my period. what do y'all think?
