Anatomy Scan... Switching Docs

I had my anatomy scan this morning at 20w5d. My OB refers all patients to the hospital and I checked ahead of time to ensure there would be a physician available to talk to us after since the tech couldn't. We got there and were told there was no physician, disappointing because I'm a worrier but not the end of the world. They didn't seem to have any record of my LMP, due date, etc. and went based off of my memory instead of my chart. Then I got three ultrasounds (abdominal, transvaginal, abdominal) and was told they couldn't get good enough pictures of some things and to come back in 4 weeks. Left without knowing the gender, and currently waiting to hear from the perinatologist if they have concerns.

Am I crazy for looking for a new doctor? Freaking out as a FTM?Is it too late to switch? I'm just beside myself and disappointed that all this happened despite my effort to advocate ahead of time.
