nipple piercings HELP!

I got my nipples pierced last night and it's my first piercing other than my ears. I have thousands of question but no one has any answers. I was hoping someone could help a girl out. For one is it normal to be sore in the chest/underarm area after the piercing. Well I woke up sore and have been sore all day in my chest not so much my nipples itself. Also, what is the best and most effective way to clean them to make sure there is no infection?! I'm so nervous my body will reject them but I refuse to let that happen! This pain has to be for something. Lol
