weird

So I have this thing on the lip of my 'foof' as I like to call it.. it isn't on the lip exactly it is a bit to the left (on the left side of my area) but there appears to be no ingrown hair or spot, however, when I squeeze it it did pop with a bit like gooey puss and then I kept squeezing to make sure it was all out and it was coming out blood. After I stopped squeezing it stopped and it seems like there is no hair in it still but it is still quite hard. Any ideas what this could be??!! I'm freaking out. A bit but not sure if it will now go down... or a hair may come out??!!!! Hell guys!!! 💖💖
