Express Lanes in Grocery Stores
Do you follow the "rules" of the express lanes in grocery stores? Like 10 items or less, for example.
I used to work as a supervisor at Bjs & I had to manage the cashier lines and people NEVER followed the express lane rules. They also used to freak out on me for making them move (it was a bulk item store so if you had a full carriage you would be there awhile) I dont see the problem if you have 12 items in a 10 item lane but a whole carriage full or just obviously over the 10 item is disrespectful to the people who only have 3 items & want to get through the lines faster. My local grocery store has a 5 items lane & I use that regularly because im usually only running in but most people only see the shorter line and dont bother moving over to the regular lines.
So, are you a express line rule breaker or do you respect the lines item limits? 🤔😉
