First Time Pregnancy; 5 weeks, light cramping

Hi all, I'm writing because today I took a walk and afterward starting feeling colicky on my right side, coupled with some really light cramping in mid abdominal region. I've also been sick the last 2 days with a cold that has been accompanied with some intense coughing. I'm wondering if anyone else has felt a similar way in the abdomen in the first few weeks of pregnancy? Any words of encouragement or having a similar experience would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
