best lotions?

My skin isn't patchy dry, but feeling tight and dry. I usually use everyone's lotion because it's plant based and natural but I think I need something stronger during pregnancy. I have l'occitane hands and body and first aid beauty cream. The l'occitane isn't strong enough for my whole body. The first aid beauty is just not practical for my whole body. I have other things for stretch marks so I don't need that in a lotion.
