can someone help me? has this ever happened to you?

Can you guys help me I'm stressing out I don't know if it's my hormones or something is wrong 

I was in a horrible car accident almost 2 years ago, I had bad bruising on my lower stomach so I'm worried the accident affected my insides..

Last month I had a short period spotting for one day heavy with clots second and spotting again. 

The rest of the month I had bad back pain and cramp like pain along with nausea, 

this month  I got my period again but it's not as heavy as the other months 

My stomach has been feeling bloated since my period finished last month 

has this ever happened to you guys?
