Hey y'all. I am just curious because I can't find any research about it, but sweet tea is my weakness. I wanted to know if drinking sweet tea is okay in the 1st trimester? I see things about herbal teas and of course the coffee limitations but nothing about sweet tea. I have been trying my hardest not to drink sweet tea, and I've cut out my coffee. I don't think the tea i use to make sweet tea is of the herbal class. Any thoughts? Thanks!
