Boyfriends phone isn't answering!!

So my boyfriend is I the navy and for the first time in three months he's finally able to go out for a drink since he started the navy. I was at work while he went out with a buddy of his to go get drinks. He last snap chatted he was at the bowling alley at 5:30pm and last viewed my snap at around 7:30-8pm. It's 2:30am now and he's yet to call me back or text back. I'm about to go up to see him this weekend pulling a mission from Florida to South Carolina driving on my own renting a car.  My guess is he either lost his phone/stolen or he's way too drunk. It's unlike him to not hit me back up or not wanting to at least speak before bed. I am not sure whether I should be worried if he may have drank too much and got into trouble or worse.. robbed and/or hurt. What should I do? It's all driving my head crazy because it's really unlike him.
