Obese & pregnant

Ok so I am over weight ... not HUGE but according to my size and weight I'm obese. I weigh 220 , 5'5 & I'm 21. So anyway I want to have a baby soon & my main concern is will it be risky? I am going to try and loose weight before I become pregnant but in case I can't loose the weight have any of you ladies had a plus size pregnancy & how did it go?
