Does this look positive??

Had somewhat of a period that lasted 4 days at most and suddenly stopped. Which is weird for me. Then spotting a couple days later about 2 days later and I took a wondfo ovulation and was very positive for 6 days and then the were almost positive for 2 days so I said what the heck and tried the digital clear blue advance and it had a big smiley face on this morning a took a Walmart cheap test and within a few minutes I seen a line.. does this look positive to anyone else??
