colitis and flaring

I was just wondering if there was any mummy's on here who have been dealing with ulcerative colitis? I havnt had it a year yet and when Iv been asking my doctor what I'm looking for in a flare I don't really get a answer. I'm almost 14 weeks pregnant and not sure if I'm starting with one! I have been about 7 times this morning but there is no bleeding. Can you have a flare without bleeding? I just don't know how I would tell the difference between having a bit of a upset stomach and having a flare. Would love some advise if anyone knows anything I now cannot speak to my doctors until Tuesday 😖
