Am I doing something wrong?

So, I've always known myself to have heavy periods. So when I bought my Lunette cup, I thought it would help with my problems. It was good for one period, then the next time I used it, the cup filled in 20 minutes. It wasn't just leaking, when I took it out it poured. Am I not doing something right?

If you're bleeding that heavily I think you should talk to your doctor about it.  I'm not sure but I've heard that the average amount of blood to lose is 2 teaspoons to 1 cup overall so it sounds like you're losing much more if you can fill up the menstral cup that fast.

Try the super Jennie. It's a softer cup but it hold more!

Mine is this way every now and then. Some times my period is SUUUPER heavy and I fill the cup every 20-30 min for a couple hour an especially if I'm passing a clot or something like that. Then there are periods where I can go 6 hours between emptying it. Just varies.

Am I doing something wrong?
