Labor soon?

39 weeks tomorrow. Been cramping since last night , period type cramps , they were worse this morning . I feel super hot, was nauseous after I ate breakfast , had a tummy ache when I went poop and I just went to pee and when I wiped the toilet paper was a bit pink . Like super super light spotting , is that normal? I'm a ftm I don't know what is normal or not . I could barely see it on the toilet paper but it was definitely some pink .
