Baby doesn't want solid food

I need help. My baby is 10 months old and will not eat any solid foods. She eats baby food great. But I have broken up yogurt melts and cut bananas, blueberries, avocado, she doesn't want any of it. And if I manage to put a piece in her mouth she acts uncomfortable like she's scared. I've been trying for almost a month off and on. I know she needs to have something solid so it will be easier to get her off milk and to real food. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
