yeast infections?

Okay so I never used to get yeast infections before and this year alone so far I have had about 4-5. First it was because my partner and I kept passing it back and fourth but after that stopped i tend to get them when my period finishes, anyone else get yeast infections frequently after their period? I'm trying to deal with them with home remedies like drinking 100% cranberry juice and spraying down there with a water/apple cider vinegar mix and use some cream that I just got at Walmart but I want it gone fast because it's uncomfortable.... also I haven't been able to have sex in 5 months and I'm supposed to in a couple days and I don't want this to ruin that either 😒 help!
