Back in the dating game

So this is the first time I've talked to anyone other than my sons father for like 2 years. And it's nice but it's a totally different ball game when you have a child. Before I could just go out and get to know someone when I pleased and on my own time. But how do you ladies do this? I really like this guy but it's so hard to find time to get to know him because 1. I feel guilty leaving my son at all and 2. I hate asking someone to baby sit for me. I told the guy it'll be easier once I get to know him and then eventually he can meet my son but that's a long time from now and I'm kind stuck wondering how I'll ever get to that point if I can't find time to get to know him now. Help?!
