going home outfit??

i am completely lost as far as a going home outfit. i wanna do no sleeves since it'll be dead summer in florida (so similar to hades) but i've always felt a newborn should be cozy in long sleeves 🤷🏼‍♀️ suggestions

I'm in Texas and having the same dilemma. I'm bring both long and short sleeves just in case.

Same dilemma here in Southern California. I'm thinking maybe just a light little dress. She's gonna be naked in the hospital with me doing skin to skin. So it's really just for picture purposes lol. She'll probably be back to being in just a diaper when we get back home so that she's cool enough

You're not going to be outside much. More than likely you'll be going from one air conditioned place to another, so I think long sleeves will be okay! (That was my process when choosing anyway)

I would go with a short sleeve outfit (I always try to do a onepiece to avoid pants on the cord. Or a sleeveless one piece.

Then tuck a muslin blanket around them after they are in the seat.

Once home you may need to do long sleeves if you have AC. That is when newborns get cold.
