What have your miscarriages felt like in the past if you've had any? The one I had was a sharp pain in my stomach but I read that it could be mild cramps during a mc as well. I'm almost 6 weeks and I have mild cramping after I eat. 
I'm just worried every time that something bad is happening. But I have yet to see blood. Help!!

When I had my miscarriage it started as bad cramps that just wouldn't stop. Caused me to cancel all my plans for that day, the cramps were just so persistent (lifting my 3 year old and going up and down stairs was uncomfortable). 2-3 days later I started bleeding ...

All you can do is listen to your body. I rest if I start feeling cramps and stay active when I can. And stay distracted so I don't overthink things!

When I had my MC I had no cramps... I started bleeding at work went to the ER and they said I was having a MC.  They said i can have a DNC or do it natually.. I had no idea what I was getting myself into by trying it naturally . the cramps started about 4 hours later and I was doubled over by the next day.  My husband ran to walgreens to get a heating pad it helped some.. but I couldn't take it anymore it was the worst feeling in the world.. I called my ob and he took me in to do an emergency dnc.. FYI before they took me in the disused with me what I wanted to do with the remains  during the prep before surgery.. keep in mind dh was not allowed in the room ( I know it sucks. But I guess they have to. I wasn't far enough about 10 weeks or so.. I was not prepared for this and was severely  depressed and had no one with me)  I just wish my doctor would of given me the heads up for this question.

Cramps are very common in early pregnancy. It feels like your period is starting. For the most part as long as you are not soaking pads with red blood it is fine. As it progresses you get round ligament pain with is sharp pain in your groin area. Just keep an eye on it :)
