Subchorionic Hematoma?

Any mamas have been through this?

I am 14 wks and was just told I have internal bleeding and was given activity restrictions. I have to wait 5 more weeks until the next ultrasound where they will check if it resovles itself. I am trying not to worry but its so hard not knowing whats going on!

Please share how you got through it any anything you learned on the way!

I had one at 8 weeks and by 12 weeks my body has absorbed the hemorrhage.

I had it at 8 weeks. I was asked to do pelvic rest for 3 weeks. That means avoid sex, prolong walking standing and bending. I googled it a lot and that really added to my stress so try not to do it. Just rest with your feet up, relax and have a lot of water. It will be okay !!! I now I have almost 3 month old princess:)
