I left BC 10 weeks ago, I was on BC for roughly 14 years. I have read that once leaving BC your cycle should go back to what it was, now 14 years ago is sometime back, but I do remember having severe cramps during AF and having a VERY heavy flow, no matter what I did there was always leakage and monthly embarrassment for me. But since leaving BC have had two months of AF have been 2-3 days of spotting and then 2 days of a light flow. I'm not even totally convinced this is AF because I haven't been able to get a positive ovulation test. Could this bleeding be something else?
