brown spotting

Hi all! I am 6.5weeks as of today and I have been spotting brown now and then since five weeks.. it's not much but is visible when I wipe with a tissue, kind of brown along with mucus(sorry tmi).. has anyone had the same and went on to have normal pregnancies and a healthy baby?? Or is anyone experiencing the same, and what did ur doctor say?? Plz share if this normal?? I am worried cause I had a misscarraige two years ago... my doctor won't see me for yet another week
