question please help!

So I may be pregnant just haven't taken a test yet! Just noticed today that I'm getting more little bumps on my areolas and also notice that when I squeeze my nipple there's a hole where just a tiny bit of white comes out (been to the doctors about that so that's not what I'm asking about) but then all of a sudden there's a new spot on my nipple where theses clear fluid coming out?! What could that be/mean?! Thanks for your help in advenaced 😊
