Period= bad attitude

So I'm totally pms-ing and I told my boyfriend "f**k you" because he said nobody cares that I was emotional. And after reading that message he told me to stop texting him and leave him alone. This happened yesterday afternoon and he hasn't texted me. What do I do ?

Update: he broke up with me over this, 5 months of time and memories over 2 words. I tried talking to him and fixing it but its over, he wants nothing to do with me
