is my nipple piercing infected??

So I've had my nipple piercing for nearly a year. I use sea salt and water twice a day to clean it (this is before I cleaned it) and I still get puss coming out. That spot looking thing next
To the ball was like a spot full of puss inside but  I Popped it because it looked awful. I just don't know what to do anymore, it just won't heal😩😩

To me it doesn't even look like it's your nipple that pierced, it looks odd to me..

I'd go back to the piercer, show them your piercing and explain what's been happening because it's definitely infected, but also wasn't pierced right..☹️ If I may ask, how much was it to get pierced at this place?

Go to your piercer then a doctor immediately. Don't take it out and NEVER EVER POP ANYTHING near your piercing.

alright definitely don't be popping anything oe poking around! clean with either soap or sterile saline (never salt, alcohols or oils). and get to a reputable piercer asap. after a year they shouldn't be like this, to me it looks like the piercing has migrated downwards. just be easy on them and seek professional advice on how to proceed! best of luck.

I think it is slightly infected probably because it was pierced improperly. The piercing is in your areola not your nipple base. I think the reason it gets so infected frequently is because the piercing is problematic, it’s too far down and the curved barbell is too small in order to accommodate the way it was pierced.

They pierced it wrong. Its supposed to be pierced directly through the nipple itself. U should back to a different place and have them remove and repierce when it heals and then call whoever did that and get your money back

Definitely doesn’t look like it was pierced correctly. Your key could be rejecting the piercing (it looks like it shifted down) so I would take it out and when it’s helaing go to your doctor to get it checked

I just got mine done today and it looks crooked a tad and one part is through areola but by base and other end is coming out of base of nipple idk what to do bot to mention i think i need a longer bar😭🤦🏾‍♀️
