Tmi no sex drive any advice

I'm at a lost I'm 26 weeks and I have no sex drive to the point it's causing problems in my realtionship.. im either in pain having alot of pressure in my pelvic area or just have no desire​ too...my boyfriend gets really upset and mopes around the house and I can tell he's hurt when I say I don't want to but there's nothing else I can do ? Anyone have any advice.. I want him to be happy but I just feel like I'm not making him happy......
