my Anus whole hurts ... I'm a bit worried

So today I had protected sex wth my boyfriend no it was not anal . The sex was a bit rough but when it was all over my anus whole hurts and it got to a point where i had a pain on the left side of my hip and I couldn't move for a bit or I'd have to move slowly and delicately because of the pain and when I'd release gas it would hurt . I'm confused as to what this is or what this could possibly be . Can someone help me out ?
