Friends asking how my toddler will handle my newborn

Maybe I'm just being a grumpy prego woman. Lol. But I am getting so tired of everyone asking me how I think my 2 year old is going to respond to the new baby when she gets here. Its like they get a sick and twisted kick out of thinking of my toddler getting jealous or possessive or aggressive. Why do they care so much? They especially like to scoff when I say something positive about my daughter.. (like how she has done a great job being patient and gentle when I'm holding or caring for my nephew..) i know my toddler will have to adjust to a new baby in the family. But why am I not allowed to give a positive response? Any words of advice? Its just getting annoying. :(
