83 days late.

Im 83 days late on my period. Besides 3 days where i spotted its been nothing. Today ive been having tenderness in my belly along with some sharp pain in my belly and sides. I took a pregnancy test about a week and a half to two weeks ago. It said negative. Me and my fiance have been trying to conceive but everytime its negative. This has been the longest ive ever been late. What do yall think ?
